I like being creative with my menus during the week… Sometimes one thing just doesn’t sound good when I get down to actually making it. But I try to at least use the same ingredients and mix it up. This week I replaced Chicken Chili for Crock Pot Salsa Chicken and am nixing Lasagna for plain ol’ spaghetti… I also spent a $26 on groceries this past week thanks to planning & using freezer stashed food. Way to go! Hopefully we can repeat that again this week!

-BBQ Hamburgers & Hot Dogs
-Chicken, Broccoli & Something casserole (TBD on exact recipe)
-Roasted chicken, potatoes & tomatoes with peas
