Menu: June 5th

I can’t believe Silas’s BIRTHDAY WEEK is already here. Amazing…
One year ago I was writing baby Silas a letter about my excitement and anticipation of his arrival. Now he is a whole year old. Time sure does fly!

Anyway, on to the Birthday Week Menu…


Hash Brown Casserole (yes, from last weeks menu we never got to!)
-Oven “Fried” Chimichangas
-Tamale Pie (previously made/freezer dinner)
Italian Fettuccine Pie 

Silas picked Tokyo Cafe for his birthday dinner with the Herring Grandparents since its next door to The Perfect Circle Cupcakery where he get a cupcake for dessert =)

I want to start Birthday Week/Dinner traditions, but just not sure what to do yet. What are your favorite traditions for birthdays???
